Phase 1 Chest & Tri

Hey All,

Today was my second Chest and Tri workout and I was able to progress a little from my first time around.  I actually was able to increase the weight on a few of the exercises that I wasn't able to do the first time.  I'm already down to 122.6 lbs after a week of working out and drinking my shakeology.  I'm eating 1600 calories in order to build some muscle.  I'm determined to keep improving on my workouts to gain strength.  Tomorrow is Leg Day!  I'm Ready!  I don't like leg day at all, but I know that's a weakness of mine and I'm ready to improve that area of my body!

Short and sweet tonight.  I'm going to go spend some time with the hubby.
